都内の外資系銀行で「封筒切り」の短期派遣から社会人としてのキャリアをスタート。その後、大学や資格の学校で経理・英語を学び、バイリンガルのビジネスキャリアを築く。

講演活動を開始。
IT企業「楽天」へ転職。
2016年（40歳）
米国公認会計士（USCPA）試験合格。
2019年（43歳）
結婚を機に栃木県へ移住。
会計・税理士事務所に転職し、地域に根ざした仕事へ。

🏂 Snowboarding Career
2002 (Age 26)
Represented Japan in the Snowboard Halfpipe event at the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.
2006 (Age 30)
Retired from competitive snowboarding, closing one chapter of her life.
💼 A New Professional Path
After retiring, Nagako began her professional career as a temp at a foreign bank in Tokyo.
Her first role? Envelope cutting.
Determined to grow, she studied accounting and English at universities and vocational schools,
building a strong bilingual business foundation.

2015 (Age 39)
Started giving public lectures and joined Rakuten, a major Japanese IT company.
2016 (Age 40)
Passed the U.S. Certified Public Accountant (USCPA) examination.
2019 (Age 43)
Moved to Tochigi Prefecture after marriage.
Shifted to a local accounting and tax firm, embracing community-based work.

Co-founded a snowboard school with her elder sister (also a former pro snowboarder),
